SID4bio : Quantitative phase imager

SID4bio front view

Phasics introduces a new phase imager dedicated to biology : the SID4bio.
Based on an innovative and patented technology (4-wave lateral shearing interferometry), SID4bio simultaneously measures quantitatively the local phase shift and the intensity within a biological sample.

The SID4bio is the first compact phase imager with an unequalled sensitivity measurement.

SID4bio key features
  • Compact
  • Plug and play system
  • Suitable with any conventional microscope
  • Achromatic measurements suitable with any type of illumination (halogen lamp, laser, led, ...)
  • Can be combined with other microscopy technics such as fluorescence
