Phasics presents its latest product in the Kaleo range for optical metrology: KaleoMatic T. Fully automated, KaleoMatic T rapidly delivers to the user a complete report on the optics quality of lenses and objectives (spherical or aspherical lenses, micro lenses, micro-objectives for mobiles, intraocular implants, ...). A unique and rapid direct measurement allows the user to obtain in a few seconds a complete report on the optical performance of the characterized component. A customized and qualified report is edited and presents, among other items, the aberration, MTF, focal length measurements, etc. ... The compactness and ease of use of KaleoMatic T make it the ideal tool during the whole manufacturing process or as a final production control (configurable GO/NO GO module). Furthermore, its low cost makes optics control accessible to all industrial sectors. Genuine features of the Kaleo software - Automized and complete lens characterization (identification of faults)
- Ease of use and ergonomic interface
- Customizable GO/NO GO parameters
- Completely customizable measurement report
KaleoMatic T advantages - Operator independent measurement
- High resolution of aberration map
- Insensitive to vibrations
- Module for automatic measurement of the focal length (Phasics patent)
KaleoMatic T applications - Lens imaging (spherical, aspherical, plastic)
- Contact lens
- Intraocular lens (mono and multifocal)
- Collimation lenses for laser diodes and fibers
- Photographic objectives
- Cameraphones
